- The supplier sells factory seconds, overstocks, or salvage
- The supplier does not have a physical warehouse
- The supplier does not have a phone number listed on the site
- The supplier has been in business for less than one year
- The supplier does not have an excellent BBB rating
- The shipping and handling fee is too high per item
- The supplier can not quote exact shipping fees
- The supplier does not have a money back quarantee for consumers
- The supplier can not ship within 72 hours. (same day shipping is preferred)
- The supplier uses vague customer testimonials on the site.
- The supplier is outside your country
- The supplier refuses to use the shipping carrier you prefer
